Jackie Adragna's work experience includes holding various roles in the hospitality industry. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Food and Beverage Manager at The Melville Marriott. Jackie then worked at W Union Square - Starwood Hotels & Resorts from 2003 to 2007, where they served as a Talent Resources Coordinator, Assistant Banquet Manager, and Assistant Outlet Manager. At W Times Square - Starwood Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2009, they were a Talent Resources Manager, responsible for recruitment and managing safety and worker's compensation. From 2009 to 2011, they continued as a Talent Resources Manager at W Hotels - Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Jackie then joined Westin Seattle - Starwood Hotels & Resorts from 2011 to 2013 as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, focusing on employee and union relations and training and development. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Westin & Wildwood Snowmass - Starwood Hotels & Resorts as a Complex Director of Human Resources, leading HR for the resort complex.
