Ben Phillips has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and HRIS. Ben started their career at EHIM, Inc. in 2010, where they worked in Finance, Accounting, and Benefit Analytics. Ben gained experience in auditing, project management, and data analysis. In 2011, they joined Truven Health Analytics as an Analytic Consultant, where they built reports and conducted training on statistical and analytical software. In 2013, they became a Senior Compensation Analyst at Ally Financial Inc., responsible for market analysis and collaborating with HR business partners. In 2015, they joined MB Financial Bank as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits/Operations, managing compensation programs and benefit plans. Finally, in 2016, they joined Stefanini Group and held various roles, including Global Compensation Manager, Global Compensation Senior Manager, Global Compensation and HRIS (NA/APAC) Director, and Senior Director of Global Compensation & HRIS (NA/APAC). In these roles, they developed and executed global compensation strategies, oversaw compensation program design, and utilized data-driven insights to inform talent management initiatives. Ben also managed surveys, consulted business partners on compensation challenges, and led the HR analytics function.

Ben Phillips has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University. Ben went on to earn a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they had completed an MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 2009-2011.
