Lady Dee Riley-Buckley has extensive experience in supporting young individuals towards independent living and personal development. Currently serving as a Specialist Support Worker at Stef & Philips since November 2017, Lady Dee focuses on empowering young residents in a semi-independent environment to achieve their goals and aspirations. Previously, as a Pastoral Manager at Hartsdown Academy from January 2006 to February 2015, responsibilities included guiding students while managing administrative duties and data logging. Lady Dee holds an Advanced Diploma in Counselling from Goldsmiths, University of London, attained between 1990 and 1993, specializing in psychodynamic counselling, youth, and community development work.
