Roelof Andries Heida is an experienced quality assurance and safety manager with a strong background in food technology. Currently serving as the QA-SHE Manager at Royal Steensma B.V. since December 2016, Roelof has previously held leadership roles such as Voorzittter at Vv warga and Quality Manager at Pandriks bake off. Roelof's expertise includes overseeing quality systems as QSHE Manager at Fonterra and Quality Manager at Steensma BV, along with a strong foundation in quality management from their tenure as Chef Kwaliteitsdienst at Smilde Foods. Roelof holds an Ing degree in Food Technology from Het Van Hall Instituut, earned from 1995 to 1999.
