Ilkay Tepe is an experienced professional in sales and marketing with a strong background in managing product lines and executing strategic plans. Currently serving as the Country Manager at SteelSeries since January 2016, Ilkay has previously held the position of Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Turkey. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager at INDEX GRUP from January 2012 to January 2016, where responsibilities included sales forecasting, P&L management, marketing planning, and market analysis. Earlier roles included Sales Representative positions at Mıstaçoğlu A.Ş and Yapı Kredi Sigorta, focusing on customer acquisition and policy renewal. Ilkay holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wales, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
