Philippe Pereira is Vice President of Sales overseeing sales and sales support activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa for Steelcase Inc., the global leader in the office furniture industry.

Philippe Pereira has 20 years of experience in driving change across multiple industries, businesses, countries and cultures. He has held multiple leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain and Engineering.

Prior to his current responsibilities, Philippe Pereira was member of the EMEA Executive Team in charge of Sales Enablement, Pricing and Commercial contracts and has set and fully implemented a new Pricing Value Based organizational model in EMEA which helped to overachieve significant profitability improvements in all segments of the business.

Philippe earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from INSA ( l’Institut National des Sciences Appliquées) in Strasbourg and is certified in Supply Chain Management engineering.

A native of Paris, Philippe is a true international citizen, who lived and worked in several countries, learnt how to collaborate effectively across cultures and speaks various languages.
