Beyza Kaya has a robust background in sales and business development, with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Steelcase since June 2019, including Sales Team Lead, Client Business Manager, Business Development Manager, and Dealer Business Manager, focusing on the Greece, Turkey, Malta, and Cyprus regions. Prior to this, Beyza worked at Guerlain from March 2011 to March 2018 as a Travel Retail Account Executive, overseeing sales operations across multiple countries. Additional experience includes a role as Retail Executive at ATU Duty Free and Brand Manager at PERFUMES Y DISEÑO, along with an early position as Assistant to Brand Manager at Guerlain. Beyza holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Istanbul Arel University and a bachelor's degree from Marmara University.
