Michelle Ritter serves as the Chief Executive Officer at StarX since May 2020 and at Steel Perlot since September 2021. Additionally, Michelle is a member of the Executive Advisory Board at the Richard Paul Richman Center for Business, Law, and Public Policy since 2023. Previously, Michelle co-founded and served as CEO of Knox Networks from December 2020 to April 2024, leading a digital dollar initiative in collaboration with Eric Schmidt and Martin Chavez. Michelle Ritter holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School, as well as a BA in Economics, International Studies, and Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
