Carlos Fernandes has over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as Assistente Técnico at STE since April 1982, where responsibilities include the installation of public switching centers and industrial maintenance of microprocessor-controlled production equipment. From April 2010 to July 2012, Carlos held the position of Supervisor de Implementação MW at Ericsson in Portugal, overseeing the implementation of the MW network for Optimus. Carlos's educational background includes a Complementary Course in Radiotechnology, Electronics, and Telecommunications from Escola Industrial Afonso Domingos, completed between 1978 and 1981.
