Austin LaLonde has worked in the technology industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at ActionLink as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they provided coaching to support team members and acted as a point of escalation for customer issues. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Best Buy in various roles, including Certified Specialist, LG Product Evangelist, and A/V Technology Advisor. During this time, they provided customers with solutions based on their needs and managed customer relationships. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Han Santos, PLLC as a Tech Support Analyst, where they organized and managed firm devices and managed vendor relationships. Since 2021, they have been working at STCR as a Technical Account Manager.
Austin LaLonde attended Skyview High School from 2006-2010 and received a High School Diploma in Computer Science.
