Megan Henkels is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at StayNTouch since July 2017, Megan focuses on aligning client accounts with strategic goals while facilitating communications among stakeholders. As a Customer Success Advocate at iSite LLC since March 2016, Megan represents customer interests internally and coordinates support efforts. Prior experience includes a decade at Votenet, where Megan held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Client Success, where responsibilities included enhancing client engagement and revenue, as well as overseeing product development and team management. Megan's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Politics from American University and a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Appalachian State University.
