Joti Kumar is an experienced project manager currently serving as the ANZ Professional Services Group Manager at StayinFront since July 2014, with a focus on agile development cycle activities. Previously, Joti held the position of Senior Project Coordinator at Baxter International Inc., overseeing the deployment of a new pump across 239 sites in Australia and New Zealand, while managing stakeholder relations, program budget, and project teams. Earlier experience includes a role at IBM as a Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for managing complex projects and maintaining relationships with clients and third-party vendors. Joti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a major in Banking and Finance from Western Sydney University and additional training from Falcon Training Institute.
