Frederic Aouad has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industries. Frederic began their career in 2008 as Business Travel Sales Manager at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts. In 2009, they moved to Loews Hotels as Corporate Travel Sales Manager, where they achieved 109% and 103% of revenue goals in 2009 and 2010 respectively. In 2011, they became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Le St-Martin Hotel Montréal, where they increased revenue yearly by an average of 32.6%. In 2015, they took on the role of General Manager at CorporateStays.com, where they increased Canadian apartment inventory by 23%. In 2016, they joined Groupe Antonopoulos as Sales Director, where they re-energized the B2B sales team and surpassed business travel room revenue targets for all 3 hotels. In 2017, they became Chief Sales Officer at CorporateStays.com, where they increased total revenues by 17% in Year 1 and by 32% in Year 2. In 2019, they founded Consult-X and took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Stay22, where they committed a 600k HR investment that now represents over 64% of Stay22’s revenues, navigated the pandemic storm without suffering any churn, and identified, developed, and executed a new segment strategy (travel media) that allowed Stay22 revenues to increase 47% month over month during the pandemic. Frederic also holds the role of Head of Sales at Stay22.

Frederic Aouad has a varied educational background. In 1999-2001, they attended Collège Stanislas. From 2003-2007, they obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Université du Québec à Montréal. From 2009-2011, they received a Certificate in Marketing from the same institution. In 2019, they completed an Advanced Management Course (AMC) part of Mini-MBA Cycle in Business Administration and Management, General from McGill University. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a Certified Corporate Housing Professional certification from the CHPA | Corporate Housing Providers Association.
