Amir Vllahiu has a diverse work experience in the field of cost estimating and management. Amir has served as the Director of Estimating at Spaxel since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Cost Estimating and Pricing at Stay at Lina, a vertically integrated hospitality business, from March 2022. Amir also has experience as an Estimating Manager at UA Builders Group from November 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Managing Director at PR Consulting LLC from April 2016 to November 2018. Amir has also served as an Estimating Manager at Ecolog International in 2015 and co-founded a Real Estate company in 2006. Amir worked as a Lead Cost at KBR from August 2008 to December 2013 and from January 2004 to August 2007. Additionally, they served as a Production Control Analyst at KBR from September 1999 to January 2004.

Amir Vllahiu earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they hold certifications in Construction Estimating and Cost Estimating for Government Contracting. Amir was also listed as an Honored Listee by Marquis Who's Who in 2023.
