Sreyas Paravastu is an experienced talent leader currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at both Stay AI and Lunar Solar Group since April 2024. Sreyas is also a Founding Member of Syelo, an invite-only community for talent leaders in recruiting, and actively participates in professional networks such as Resources for Humans and StartupExperts. Prior roles include Head of People and Talent at Series, Head of Talent & Leading People at Lumen Energy, and various positions at FullStory and Pindrop, demonstrating a strong background in technical recruiting and team building. Sreyas holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
