Casey Bufford has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they were an Athletic Events Intern at Harvard University. From 2011-2018, they held various roles at the University of Michigan Athletics, including Assistant Director of Leadership Development, Citizenship, and Student Athlete Organizations, Annual Giving Associate of Athletic Development, Fellow/Coach of the Development Summer Internship Program, Coordinator of Victors Club and Student Athlete Engagement, and Athletic Development Associate. In 2017, they were an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University, responsible for facilitating learning of Economics and Finance in the Sports Industry and Strategic Management and Leadership in Sports. In 2019, they held an Assistant Brand Manager Intern role at Procter & Gamble. From 2020-2022, they held the role of Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships at Discover Financial Services, before taking on the role of Product Marketing Manager at StatusPRO.
Casey Bufford received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Casey then obtained a MA in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University and a BA in Sports Managment from the University of Michigan.
