Oleksandr Y. has been working in the technical support and customer service industry since 2017. Theirfirst job was as a Technical Support Agent for Mac OS and app at Upwork. Oleksandr then worked as an English Russian Translator at the same company. In 2020, they moved to Pangaea, where they held the roles of Support Manager, Fraud Specialist, and Customer Support Representative.
