Prior to that, Paul worked at Bravissimo from 2016 to 2021, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. Paul led the E-commerce Development Team, managed direct reports across different timezones, and played a key role in delivering the company's online strategic objectives. As the Scrum Master, they led daily standups, sprint changeover/retrospective meetings, and managed stakeholder expectations.
