Cengiz Yıldırım has a diverse work experience. Cengiz started their career as a Finance Intern at Beymen in 2016. In the same year, they joined ENERGY POOL as a Stajer (Intern) and later took on roles as an Energy Trading Specialist and Sales Specialist. In 2020, they joined RHG Enerji as an Enerji Planlama Uzmanı (Energy Planning Specialist) and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Statkraft.

From 2013 to 2018, Cengiz Yıldırım attended Beykent University, where they pursued a degree in İktisat (Economics).
