Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator focusing on employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration at organizations such as Aldevron and Kelly Services. Mills has also developed HR strategies and frameworks in various capacities, including direct support roles and a vocational rehabilitation internship. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Rehabilitation and Human Services from the University of North Dakota.
