Joshua L. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in different companies. Joshua began their career as an Editorial Intern at Penguin Random House in 2010 before becoming a Publicity Assistant and later an Assistant Editor at the same company. In 2014, they worked as a Book Scout at Barbara Tolley Associates and then moved to Franklin & Siegal Associates in 2016 for the same role. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Digital Content Manager at Zebralution GmbH. In 2018, Joshua became self-employed as a Copyeditor, a position they held until 2021. Joshua then joined calimoto GmbH as a Support & Localization staff, and in 2023, they started working as a Junior Web Developer at Statista.

Joshua L. attended Bennington College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. In 2022, they enrolled in Ironhack to pursue a Full-Stack Web Developer Bootcamp. Joshua completed the bootcamp in January 2023 and obtained a certification in Web Development from Ironhack.
