Nipun Jalhotra has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. In 2013, they started as the Vice President and Section Officer of the UPES ASME Student Section. In 2014, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at the Mahindra Group. In 2015, they worked again as an Industrial Engineering Intern at the Mahindra Group. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the roles of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Graduate Engineering Trainee. Currently, they are working as a Manager at Statiq.

Nipun Jalhotra completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Automotive Design Engineering from UPES between 2012 and 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India in August, and a Business Finance Foundations certification from Great Learning in April.
