Rictor Craig is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles, including Co-Founder and Head of Schools at Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys since August 2017 and Chief Executive Officer of The National Association of Black Male Educators since August 2015. Rictor Craig's leadership philosophy emphasizes lifelong learning for educators to equip students with necessary skills in a global society. Previous positions include Director of Academics, Principal, and Teacher at Friendship Public Charter School, and participation in principal residency programs at Relay Graduate School of Education and New Leaders for New Schools. Rictor Craig holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and multiple advanced degrees in education from Trinity Washington University and Morgan State University, along with a bachelor's degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
