Ariel Shurtleff is an experienced operations and management professional currently serving as the Northern California Operations Manager for StateHouse Holdings since July 2024. Previously, Ariel held leadership roles at Urbn Leaf from January 2021 to August 2024, including General Manager and Assistant Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Club Area Supervisor at Levi's® Stadium and various positions in the hospitality sector, including Bartender and Manager roles at Bartenders Unlimited, Michaels at Shoreline, Herbs SVCC, and O'Malley's Sports Pub. Ariel began a career in the events industry with Vital Events as Artist Hospitality from January 2011 to May 2014. Ariel's educational background includes studies at West Valley College from 2014 to 2018.
