Avani Rai is currently a Venture Capital Intern at State Farm and holds multiple analyst and associate positions at Harvard College Consulting Group and Harvard College Economics Labs, along with a reporter role at The Harvard Crimson. Previous experience includes an internship at State Farm focused on enterprise technology and internal communications, as well as significant involvement in Future Business Leaders of America, Inc., where leadership roles included President at Normal Community High School and Illinois State Vice President. Additionally, Avani has contributed to Ekal Vidyalaya USA as a Youth Board representative and served in various leadership capacities at Normal Community High School, including Editor-in-Chief of NCHS Inkspot. Avani was also a competitor in the National Speech & Debate Association, attaining national recognition. Education includes enrollment at Harvard University, following a high school diploma from Normal Community High School.
