Stefan Peierls has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 with Vector Marketing as a Sales Rep and Assistant Manager. In 2011, they were a Campus Marketing Intern with Dream Careers Inc., a Multi-department Intern with zozi, and a JMUTeach Peer Facilitator - Diversunity. In 2012, they were Director of Marketing and a Marketing and Customer Relations Intern with Digital World Construction. In 2013, they were Business Development Director with Collegiate Strength Innovations. In 2014, they were Executive Director and Co-Founder with Passion Impact, Inc. In 2016, they were Youth Coordinator with Portland Ultimate, and in 2020 they are a High School Simulation Manager with Statecraft Simulations, LLC.

Stefan Peierls attended Paragon Prep from 2001 to 2005. Stefan then attended LASA High School from 2005 to 2009, obtaining their high school diploma. From 2009 to 2013, they attended James Madison University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business to Business Marketing and a BBA in Marketing - B2B from the JMU College of Business. In 2013, they also attended Semester at Sea, taking supplemental world classes.
