Justin Collins has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator and Project Manager at State Utility Contractors, Inc. since December 2013. Prior to this, Justin worked as an Estimator at Monteith Construction from March 2012 to December 2013. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 2007 and 2012.
