Steve Chappell is an experienced leader in financial administration and banking, currently serving as the Lead of the Legal Support team in the Financial Administration Division at State Trustees since May 2018. With a strong background in managing lending operations, Steve held various managerial roles at ME Bank, including Manager of ConnectME Lending and National Account Services Manager, overseeing large teams and ensuring high-quality customer service. Prior positions include General Manager at NAP Finance, Underwriting Manager at QBE Mortgage Insurance, and Customer Support & Collections Manager at Mercedes Benz Financial Services Australia. Steve began a long tenure at ANZ, where responsibilities ranged from branch banking to pivotal managerial positions. Steve Chappell holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Finance/Mortgage Broking Management from AIM and St Thomas More College.
