Stephen Burnside is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at State Trustees since June 2017, Stephen's previous role at CGU Insurance spanned nearly a decade, where Stephen contributed as both a Finance Business Partner and Financial Reporting Manager, providing vital support and analysis to senior leadership. Stephen's earlier positions at CGU included Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, and Systems Accountant, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in financial reporting, budget forecasting, and statutory compliance. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Deakin University, is a member of CPA Australia, and has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from RMIT University.
