Victoria Whitfield has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having worked at State Street since July 2010 in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Business Risk for GlobalLink and Chief of Staff for Global Markets EMEA. Responsibilities have included managing the annual updates to the Individual Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for multiple EMEA State Street entities and overseeing regulatory requirements for a life insurance company. Prior to this, Victoria served as Financial Controller at State Street Global Advisors from 2005 to 2010.
