Rob Surratt is an experienced professional in employee relations, talent development, and global inclusion and diversity, currently serving as Vice President at State Street since October 2017. Surratt's role includes leading initiatives focused on skills development, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion training, and overseeing workforce development programs that impact over 40,000 employees globally. Prior to State Street, Surratt engaged employers and facilitated internship opportunities for students at the Boston Private Industry Council. Surratt has also held positions in research analysis and mentoring, and has a Master's Degree in Divinity with a focus on Urban Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, along with a degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
