Nitin Pai has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Nitin started their career at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2006 to July 2011. Later, they joined JPMorgan Chase, where they worked as an Application Developer from July 2011 to January 2013 and as an Associate from February 2013 to June 2016. Nitin then joined SVAM International Inc. as an Application Programmer from June 2016 to April 2018. Currently, they are working at State Street, where they started as an Assistant Vice President from April 2018 to April 2021 and is now serving as a Vice President, focusing on application development and maintenance for my.statestreet.com platform.

Nitin Pai completed their Bachelor's degree in Computers from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology in 2005. Nitin then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, specializing in MPE, from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Nitin Pai holds various certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster from ScrumAlliance obtained in 2013 and multiple certifications from Sun Microsystems, such as Sun Certified Business Component Developer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, Sun Certified Developer for Java Web Services, and Sun Certified Java Programmer. Nitin also obtained the NCFM - Securities Module certification from the National Stock Exchange in 2007.
