Frank Dike is an experienced professional in risk management and operational control, currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Process and Control Design in Business Risk Management at State Street since June 2016. In addition, Frank holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at the Center For Health And Learning since April 2016. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations Control Management and Risk at J.P. Morgan from November 2012 to June 2016, and Vice President for Alternative Investment Services (Hedge Funds) at JPMorgan Chase from August 2008 to November 2012. Frank began their career at State Street in February 2000 as AVP for Mutual Funds, culminating in over two decades of expertise in the financial services industry. Frank possesses a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University and an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Boston University.
