Caroline Arnold has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Caroline currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Data Officer & CIO for Global Markets, Risk, Finance & Corporate at State Street since December 2022. Prior to their current role, Caroline served as Managing Director at Bank of America, where they were Global Head of Data, Analytics & Data Science Platforms from January 2020 to January 2023 and Global Head of Enterprise Technology from October 2017 to January 2023. Caroline also worked as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from September 1993 onwards. In addition to their finance roles, Caroline also authored a self-improvement book called "Small Move, Big Change" in 2013. Caroline previously held the role of Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where they served until October 2017.
