Alexandra (Alex) Serra is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the Latin America and Caribbean regions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Vice President at State Street since May 2022, Alex previously held senior attorney positions at FedEx Express from February 2017 to May 2022 and at Western Union from January 2003 to March 2015. While at Western Union, key achievements included leading legal initiatives for Central America and the Caribbean, successfully negotiating contracts, and implementing regulatory compliance measures. Alex holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami.
