Mamadou Tounkara MD, MPH, MSW is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in public health, epidemiology, and social work. Currently serving as the Director of Population Health & Data Analytics & Informatics at Tooele County Health Department, Mamadou has demonstrated proficiency in project planning, organizational skills, and conflict resolution. With extensive experience in addressing health disparities, data reporting accuracy, and conducting COVID-19 testing, Mamadou's expertise also extends to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Westminster College.
