Chris Titler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In recent years, they have worked as the Director of Customer Service for the State of Ohio, and before that, as an Assistant Client Service Manager at the American Institutes for Research. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Call Center Manager at Eddie Bauer and as a Service Delivery Manager at VSP Vision Care. Chris also has experience as a Call Center Manager at JP Morgan Chase and as a Collections Manager at JP Morgan Chase's Tax Related Products division. Before that, they held roles as a Risk Operations Supervisor at JPMorgan Chase, an Asset Protection Manager at Telhio Credit Union, and a Collections Supervisor at Bank One. Throughout their career, Chris has gained experience in managing call centers, overseeing customer service teams, handling collections and asset protection, and implementing coaching strategies and training programs.
Chris Titler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Otterbein University in the years 1992 to 1997. Chris also holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Administration from Ohio University.
