Hemina Patel possesses extensive experience in quality analysis and business analysis within the health and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Analyst at Access Health CT since December 2016, Hemina has previously held positions as a Quality Business Analyst at AIG and a Business Analyst/Quality Analyst/UAT Tester at EmblemHealth. Hemina's expertise includes developing end-to-end test cases, evaluating systemic changes to enhance productivity, and overseeing system modifications impacting reimbursement rates. Hemina also has a background in travel operations from earlier internships, complemented by advanced degrees in Technology Management and International Business from the University of Bridgeport, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
