Dilip Dutta, PMP/CSM/PRINCE2, has extensive experience in information systems management, currently serving as Information Systems Manager for both the LDC and the Legislative Data Center since July 2009, overseeing IT applications supporting California's legislative members. Previous roles include Project Manager for Quality Assurance at Sun Microsystems, where Dilip implemented key project management concepts and automated engineering testing processes, and IT Project Manager, managing significant engineering projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Systems Engineer at HCL America and Systems Manager at Indian Rayon and Industries Ltd, where Dilip led teams to develop various management systems. Dilip holds an MCom in Accountancy and Computer Engineering from the University of Calcutta.
