Philipe Deschamps Dias, MSc, is an experienced communication and management professional with a robust career in corporate communication, crisis management, and press relations. Currently serving as the Corporate Culture and Communication Manager at State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. since July 2020, Philipe oversees internal and digital communication and engages directly with the executive board on institutional matters. Previous roles include Internal Communications and Press Relations Manager at BR Distribuidora, as well as various positions in journalism and project management, showcasing expertise in leading teams and managing significant communication initiatives across a diverse range of organizations. Philipe holds a Bachelor’s in Social Communication from UERJ, a Master's in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and an MBA from Cefet/RJ.
