Jorge Raul Bauer is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as O&M Vice President at State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. since September 2016, where responsibilities include supporting strategic planning and managing operational quality. Additionally, Jorge holds the position of Technical Director at Luziânia-Niquelândia Transmissora, overseeing technical areas and assisting in company direction. Previously, Jorge worked at Abengoa Brasil as Concessions Director, managing operations and stakeholder relationships in electricity transmission, and held various leadership roles in project management and technical oversight across multiple companies since 1990. Educational qualifications include ongoing postgraduate studies in Business Law at FGV and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional de Rosario.
