Israel Medeiros has over a decade of experience in the electrical sector, currently serving as Analista Regulatório Pleno at State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. since November 2012. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring regulatory updates from ANEEL, and supporting tariff reviews and authorization processes. Previously held the position of Operador 2, managing the operation and maintenance of transmission assets. Prior to State Grid, Israel worked at Light as a Despachante de geração e transmissão, overseeing plant operations and transmission maintenance. Additionally, experience as a Trainee operador at ONS involved collaboration with seasoned operators on the National Interconnected System. Israel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Veiga de Almeida and a technical degree in Electrotechnics from Escola técnica estadual Juscelino Kubitschek.
