Trae Baker is a seasoned professional in consulting and management with extensive experience in technology business management. Currently, Trae serves as a Senior Consultant at Rego Consulting since August 2023. Prior to this role, Trae held the position of Sr Manager - TBM at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from January 2021 to July 2023, and served as a TBM Consultant at Advocate from August 2019 to January 2021. Trae also worked at Apptio as a Senior Consultant from September 2015 to August 2019, and at APEX Analytix in various roles, including Implementation Specialist, Audit Advisor I, and Recovery Analyst from October 2010 to April 2015.
