Melanie Duncan, SPHR, CSM, MS, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at SECU Credit Union since July 2021, after holding the position of Sr. HR Generalist at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc. from November 2015 to July 2021. With expertise in employee relations, talent development, and HR initiatives, Melanie ensures alignment with corporate goals. Previous roles include Program Director for All Pro Diamonds Cheerleading and SuperSquads, where program management spanned multiple locations. Additionally, Melanie was an HR Generalist at Advanced Medical Concepts from November 2006 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
