Paul Naumann has a background in law enforcement and security, with experience as an instructor and supervisor at the Corrections Department in New Mexico. Paul later transitioned to roles in security and learning development, including a position as a Range Safety Officer at Centerra Group and a Learning Specialist at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Currently, Paul serves as the Learning and Development Manager at State Employees Credit Union of New Mexico, where Paul leads the L&D team to enhance professional development opportunities for staff.
