Victor de Oliveira has over 19 years of work experience in various IT roles. Victor currently serves as the Associate Director of IT Operations at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota since July 2021. Victor's early work experience includes working as a PACS I at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System from January 2002 to February 2011. In this role, they worked on Siemens MV1000/MV300 systems in a digital radiology environment, used IDX to research patient information, and digitized hardcopy records.
Victor de Oliveira has a diverse and extensive education history. Victor obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the same university between 2013 and 2015. Before pursuing higher education, Victor completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2003 to 2005.
In addition to their degrees, Victor has acquired several certifications in various fields. Victor obtained the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator–Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in January 2017, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification in September 2016. Victor also holds the Project+ certification from CompTIA, obtained in April 2015. Victor's certification list includes the LPIC-1: Linux Server Professional Certification from the Linux Professional Institute, earned in November 2014. More recently, they obtained the Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certifications from EC-Council in December 2019 and October 2019, respectively.
In addition to these certifications, Victor possesses relevant skills and knowledge in web design, database design, Windows and Linux server administration, network security, and software development fundamentals. Victor has pursued various certifications in these areas from institutions including Certification Partners, CompTIA, and Microsoft, though specific obtained months and years are not provided for those certifications.
