Robert A. Frost, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice Chancellor for Educational Services and Institutional Effectiveness at State Center Community College District, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Robert held the role of Interim President/Superintendent at Napa Valley College, where key initiatives included addressing financial challenges and developing a sustainable budget for the 2022-23 academic year. Robert's experience also encompasses positions such as Interim Dean at Chaffey College and Dean of the John Adams Campus at City College San Francisco, among others. Notably, Robert served as President of Centralia College, implementing new baccalaureate programs, and has contributed to the international education sector through board membership with NAFSA: Association of International Educators. Robert obtained a Ph.D. in Educational Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
