Randy Waltz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Career and Technical Studies, obtained from California State University-Sacramento, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Fresno City College. Randy has extensive experience in law enforcement and education, serving as an Adjunct Instructor at State Center Community College District since October 2015. Prior to this role, Randy held several positions in law enforcement, including Sheriff-Coroner at Del Norte Sheriff's Office from June 2020 to March 2022, Undersheriff and Senior District Attorney Investigator with Fresno County District Attorney from July 2007 to February 2019, and Sheriff's Sergeant at Tulare County Sheriff's Office from July 1996 to July 2007. Additionally, Randy completed the California POST Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute in 2004.
