Trish McCarty is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the State Bar of Arizona, Trish has previously held the position of HR Manager at Dimension Hospitality, specifically at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas. Trish also brings valuable experience from the American Bar Foundation, where roles included Manager of HR Operations and Manager of Administrative Services, as well as the Chicago Bar Foundation, where Trish served as Manager of Finance & Operations and Administrative & Development Coordinator. Educational achievements include a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
