Joe Poer has over 25 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors, with a strong focus on mortgage lending. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at State Bank since July 2019, Joe specializes in residential financing, including purchase and refinance options across various loan programs. Previous experience includes roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer at KeyBank and a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Union Savings Bank, where Joe contributed to the firm becoming the number one mortgage lender in the state. Additional professional background encompasses positions in personal injury investigation at Garrison Law Firm, ownership and loan origination at Network Capital, and co-ownership in real estate ventures with Neil Investments, Inc. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Calvin University.
